Replacement Eligibility

Eligible Cases

If you receive a product that is:

  • Incorrect

  • Faulty

  • Broken

  • Damaged

You may qualify for a replacement.

Timeframe

  • Complaints must be reported within 30 days of delivery

  • Replacement requests within 7 days of delivery are processed free of charge

  • Requests after 7 days may involve additional replacement charges

Replacement Process

Step 1: Submit Evidence

To request a replacement, contact our customer support team with:

  • Order number

  • Clear unboxing video/photos showing the issue

Step 2: Review

Our team will assess the issue. In some cases, product guidance may resolve the concern without replacement.

Step 3: Replacement Approval

If approved:

  • You may be asked to return the original product with packaging and accessories

  • Or a courier pickup may be arranged

  • Replacement processing may take 5–14 working days

Important Conditions

  • Products must be returned in original packaging

  • Claims without valid proof may not be accepted

  • Replacement is not available for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect order by customer

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Misuse or mishandling
